Spanish (or Mexican?)-inspired with iron sculptures and mirrors. Gorgeous! The bartenders are sexy and attentive. The entire staff is just really sweet and they make you want to come back. Not to mention...

1. Progress Coffee

on their computers, instead of finding creative ways of dealing with it - like asking people to share tables, or providing a space for computer workers, or *telling* people that WiFi will be unavailable...

2. Cafe Caffeine

lemonade (Country Time? C'mon.)  I'm almost always able to get work done there, tho', which is nice, and they let goofy tech clubs like Creative Commons and Social Media Club have meetings there....

I have mixed feelings about this place- because I appreciate the creativity that goes on here- what with all the free classes, poetry readings, music...etc. HOWEVER, since I used to frequent Ruta...

Which is a shame because they are starting to get some good bands there though most are stuck creatively in a cloud of misdirected high school angst and bravado....
